The February 11 meeting has been cancelled due to weather. It has been rescheduled for Feb 18.
WARNING: Fake emails not from Openband
We have received information that some residents are receiving emails supposedly from Openband asking for passwords or other personal information. These emails are not genuine and should be deleted.
Openband / Smartneighborhood email accounts do not expire.
Nobody from Openband or SWHOA should ever ask you for your email password.
New Resident Board Members Sought
Two positions for resident board members are now vacant on the SWHOA Board of Directors.
OpenBand survey
OpenBand is currently conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey. The deadline to participate is December 31.
OpenBand shares its survey results with the Homeowners Association, and your feedback is helpful in assessing customer satisfaction with our telecommunications services. The HOA encourages every resident to complete the on-line questionnaire.
SWHOA Board of Directors meeting
The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for 6PM on Thursday, January 14, 2010, at the Nature Center. Residents are welcome to attend, however a portion of the meeting may be held in Executive Session.
